Rainbow Journeys sits between the mountain and the sea in Clew Bay , County Mayo. Nestled at the foot of Croagh Patrick, looking out over the Wild Atlantic.
We offer retreats to explore our relationship with the land, the sea and our ancestors through sea swimming, shamanic practices, exploring sacred sites in the area and movement of our bodies.
The rich gifts that the land and the sea have to offer are embodied through movement, rest and ritual. The wisdom of our ancestors is experienced and danced with to help us embrace the learnings and knowing’s of those that came before us.

Mini Retreats
Half day retreat with a Shamanic celebration usually around the Wheel of the Year Celebrations such as summer solstice, Imbolg, etc.
Rituals to celebrate the time of year we are exploring, a Shamanic Journey and a Qoya movement class.
Day Retreats
A full day of Rituals.
Our day retreat involves a Shamanic Journey, Qoya Class, a lovely lunch, sea swim or paddle plus a visit to a Sacred site in the local area.
Extended Retreats
We offer multi day retreats from 3 days to a week.
These are normally held around the celebrations of the seasons on the Wheel of the year, such as summer solstice, Imbolg, Lunasa, etc.
We visit Sacred Sights in the area, Shamanic Journeys, Sea swimming, Movement classes, lovely locally sourced food, time for rest and hiking .
